• Assisting the clients in their strategic decisions / changes, by facilitating necessary submissions to the concern Statutory authorities and obtaining permissions viz., shifting of registered office, alteration of main objects, issue of new class of shares.

• To assist and facilitate the prospective promoters in the process of Sales Tax, Service Tax, Central Excise, PF & ESI Registrations.
• Facilitating preparation & Filing of Returns and representing before the Sales Tax, Service Tax, Central Excise, PF & ESI authorities.
• Drafting replies with respect to queries / clarifications sought for or show cause notices issued by various statutory Authorities.
• To assist in fulfilling Compliances and assist in obtaining approvals under FEMA, RBI and FIPB regulations.
• To make representations on behalf of the corporate entity and enter appearance on behalf of the Client to resolve issues before SEBI, RBI, CLB, NCLT and BIFR.

• Secretarial Due Diligence - To assists our Client in ensuring secretarial compliances and trace out lapses. This is to provide recommendatory steps and follow up action to rectify the non compliances / lapses of the clients or the target corporates.
• Secretarial Audits - To assist and conduct Secretarial Audit which can be an effective due diligence exercise for the prospective acquirer of a company or controlling interest or a joint venture partner. It also assures the owners that management and affairs of the company are being conducted in accordance with requirements of laws.
• Cost Audit - To ensure systematic and accurate verification of the cost accounts and records, and checking for adherence to the cost accounting objectives and principles of cost accounting.
